Total Price = Unit price x drawing area

Unit Price which is price per square meter depends on different kind of painting.

Drawing area is determined by multiplying the height x width of the painting surface.

Minimum area for each wall painting if smaller than 1×1 square meter will be charged as 1square meter.

Pricing starts at $100 per square meter and increase if design requested is complex.  This will be indicated in price quote and determined at the time that the final sketch is approved.

Price include:  All painting materials, assistant fees, labour cost, travel expenses within Singapore.

Pricing does not include:  unforeseen design changes, increase of painting area or travel expenses outside of Singapore.

Note:

There are no hidden charges, all material and tools used for wall painting will be supplied by us.

All paints and material use for the painting is environment friendly paints, non corrosive , non toxic and odourless.

We guarantee the paints will not affect the health. Paints are easily dried and can be easily wash off with water from any dirt.

Normally the painting can last for more than 20 years without fading or peeling.
